Terms, Conditions & Liability Waiver
By purchasing a ticket and attending the Craftex Valentine’s Flower Bar event, guests acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Alcohol Consumption
Valid government-issued identification is required for the consumption of alcoholic beverages (mimosas). Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 21 and over. Craftex reserves the right to refuse service to anyone appearing intoxicated. Please drink responsibly and arrange for safe transportation.
2. Allergies & Sensitivities
Food and beverages (desserts/mimosas) may contain or have come into contact with common allergens (nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, sulfites). It is the guest's responsibility to manage their own allergies.
3. Media Release
Craftex may document the event with photography and video for social media and marketing purposes. By attending, you grant Craftex permission to use your likeness in future promotional materials.
4. General Liability
Guests agree to release and hold harmless Craftex, its owners, employees, and vendors from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from personal injury or property loss occurring during the event.
