Workshop Terms & Conditions
Registration Policy Workshop registration is per person. Each registration admits one participant only. Due to limited space and to ensure the best experience for all attendees, no additional guests or observers are permitted in the classroom. Exceptions only for accessibility and medical assistance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled workshop will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop will incur a $25 cancellation fee per class, per person. The remaining balance will be refunded.
If a workshop does not meet minimum enrollment, Craftex reserves the right to cancel the class. In this case, all registered participants will receive a full refund.
Sales & Returns
All workshop registrations are considered final sale. Any products, materials, or completed projects purchased or created during the workshop are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Liability Waiver
By participating in a workshop, attendees acknowledge and accept responsibility for their own safety. Participation is at your own risk. Craftex, its instructors, and staff are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the workshop.
